Eagleox Drift
AI content policy
We use AI tools to help draft and edit the content we publish, including on LinkedIn. This page explains our process and how it lines up with the EU AI Act's transparency rules (Article 50).
How we use AI
AI may be used to draft, edit or refine text we publish: posts, articles and website copy. Every piece is reviewed by a person before it goes live. That review is thorough: checking facts, claims and tone, not just spelling.
Oliver Ritchie holds editorial responsibility for what Eagleox publishes. Because of this review step, AI-assisted text doesn't need an "AI-generated" label. It falls under the EU AI Act's exemption for human-reviewed content.
Images and video
- We don't publish AI-generated or AI-manipulated images or video meant to look like real photos or footage without a clear disclosure on the piece itself.
- Minor AI-assisted touch-ups on real photos, such as removing a small object, colour correction or cropping, count as standard editing and don't need a disclosure, since the image still shows what was actually there.
- Illustrations, diagrams and screenshots that aren't presented as photos fall outside this rule.
If that changes
If we ever use a photorealistic AI image or video in published content, we'll add a short "AI-generated" note directly on that piece.
